Why we exist

Every good company begins with a frustration, and ours began with several.

We watched brilliant young people struggle to access the kind of training that could change their careers, not because they lacked ability, but because world-class instruction always seemed to be somewhere else.

We watched hardworking traders and salary earners get turned away from credit they clearly deserved and embarrassed when they couldn’t make payments.

We watched small businesses not able to compete with bigger brands and merchants lose sales at the final moment because taking payment was harder than making the sale.

These are not abstract problems. They are the texture of everyday life in Nigeria and much of Africa. This is what we noticed about them: they are connected. The trader who needs deliveries also needs some capital. The graduate who needs skills also needs somewhere to use them. The business that wins a customer also needs to get paid.

So rather than build one product for one problem, we built tech solutions, focused on removing a different point of friction from daily life, all under one roof.

Our solutions

Qwikkie is our ecommerce and logistics app. It connects customers, vendors, professionals, and riders in one place, so you can shop from real markets, book real services, and get things moved across your city quickly. It is designed around how Nigerians actually buy and sell, not how a foreign template assumes we do.

1Tech Academy is our answer to the talent question. We train professionals in AI, machine learning, blockchain, cybersecurity, data science & analysis, software engineering, cloud engineering and many more. We operate an in-person model in the Silicon Valley of Lagos, Sabo, Yaba, with globally recognized certifications and instructors of international standard. Our conviction is firm: African talent does not need lowered standards; it needs access to the highest ones.

Elemoni is our answer to the credit problem. Elemoni gives clear terms, quick decisions, and everyday credit tools, built for the trader restocking her shop and the salary earner navigating the last week of the month. Credit, minus the drama.

Elepay starts from a simple observation. Almost every merchant in Nigeria already owns the only payment device they need. Elepay turns that into a payment terminal, so a business can accept multiple payment options without buying extra hardware or queuing for a POS device.

What makes 1Techlink different is not any single product. It is how the companies work together.

The academy trains talent. The strongest graduates are placed in roles as interns and full-time staff in organisations, and they build. Everything the market teaches us flows back into what we train and what we build next.

Talent feeds product. Product feeds learning. Learning feeds talent. Most companies have to assemble that cycle from the outside. We built it under one roof.
