2. SOFTWARE LICENSE & USAGE

• License Grant:1Techlink Limited hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Software solely for its intended purposes, in accordance with these Terms. • User Conduct: You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that may compromise, disrupt, or interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of our systems or digital infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or data. Any violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Software, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to 1Techlink Limited under applicable law.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to source code, user interfaces, graphics, design elements, documentation, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of 1Techlink Limited and/or its licensors. • Protections: You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any 1Techlink Limited product or service.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

• Software as a Facilitator: 1Techlink Limited provides a digital platform and interface only. We do not offer or provide physical transportation, delivery, retail, or other offline services. All such services, where applicable, are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employees, agents, or representatives of 1Techlink Limited. • Service Risks: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1Techlink Limited shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, conduct, or performance of third-party service providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Techlink Limited’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Software shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to 1Techlink Limited for the specific Software service giving rise to the claim.
